Phase 1: Employee Onboarding
Create a company-branded private group on Money$ense where only their employees can be members. Employers provide an employee census which is used to import employees to the Private Community.
Phase 2: Wellness Content Creation & Distribution
The Money$ense publishing team works with wellness benefits providers to create wellness related content for distribution to the private community.
Phase 3: Customized Gamification
Customized badges, points, achievements and challenges is created for employees to complete to earn ‘Wellness Credits’, which can be exchanged in the Money$ense Rewards Store for real gifts.
